Spacious and bright apartment, located on the third floor of a building in one of the main squares of Portoferraio. It consists of an entrance hall, equipped kitchen with access to the balcony, large living room with dining area and access to the balcony. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one triple, both with access to the second balcony, bathroom with shower. The apartment has been completely renovated. It does not have a parking space but you will have access to a large free parking directly under the house. On the balcony on the square side, a coffee table with two armchairs.
