The name derives from the color of the house, a jewel that shows its authority and brings out its best qualities; as well as evoking the splendid amaranth shades that color the sky during sunset. A property built on the rock and immersed in the quiet of nature, with a modern design and latest generation appliances, with attention to detail and tasteful furnishings. It offers approximately 100 internal square meters and is part of a large private property protected by a gate and a dense park of Mediterranean vegetation, where there are two residential units with two different entrances which guarantee privacy because during the use of the villa by the guests, the The apartment used by the property will not be inhabited.
It is spread over two floors and is accessed from this large glass veranda of approximately 30 m2 to the kitchen, which is spacious and well-equipped. On the same floor we find the first bathroom with shower and the iron spiral staircase that leads to the rooms on the upper floor. Two rooms are available to guests, both with access to the wonderful private terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool during its opening period, one double and one with two single beds, and a third single bedroom.
