Portoferraio is the most important harbour and marina of Elba. It is a town rich in history and already at the arrival by ferry offers its beauty with its imposing forts "Falcone" and "Stella". This nice apartment is situated in the heart of the old town, just in a walking distance from the promenade, bars or restaurant; during the summer, in the evening in the center there is a traditional market and some events. The access to the historic centre by car, to reach the apartment is possible during the day and in the evening is forbidden from 7 pm to 7 am. There are some convenient parkings near the apartment, that is the ideal accommodation for those who choose a holiday without a car. The beach of Le Viste and Le Ghiaie are at 800 mt about; nearby the apartment, in Portoferraio there are pharmacy, supermarket, shops and bakeries.
Apartment for 4/5 persons: the apartment has independent entrance from the ground floor; from here going down a small internal staircase you arrive to the comfortable living room with kitchenette (equipped with four gas burners, refrigerator with small freezer), an small utility room with washing machine: The sleeping area has a bedroom with a double bed and a small mezzanine with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and another mezzanine with two single beds. The apartment is simple and cosy, with air conditioning and TV and it overlooks from one side on the Marina and the gulf of Portoferraio with a beautiful sea view. The apartment does not have a private parking space, there is a public parking or pay nearby.
