The apartment is located in Via del Vapelo 31, a short distance from the beach and the center of Marina di Campo. The pretty center offers all essential services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and shops. The beach, partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments, is made of fine sand and about 1 km long, ideal for families with children. The structure is located in a limited traffic area which can only be accessed on the day of arrival and departure with a special limited traffic permit.
Located on the first floor of a building with an independent entrance, the apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette with induction hob and oven, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle and balcony. It has air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, microwave and mosquito nets in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. On the ground floor, a staircase leads to the laundry room where there is a washing machine and a service bathroom with shower. The property does not have a parking space. Possibility to park a small car in front of the laundry entrance. Linen not available. Animals are not allowed.
