In a panoramic position with a wonderful sea view, magnificent villa located within the "Poggio Fortino" complex in the town of Bagnaia. The villa is located in a quiet and well-kept area about 2 km from the Bagnaia beach, made up of fine gravel and about 300 meters long. The beach is partly free and partly equipped with some bathing establishments, pedal boat and canoe rental. Behind the beach is the center of the village where you can find bars, restaurants and some small shops.
The modern villa equipped with all comforts is composed of a living room, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a quadruple bedroom with two bunk beds, four bathrooms. From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to another double bedroom with a panoramic view. With access from the outside there is an outbuilding with double bedroom, small kitchenette and bathroom with shower. It has wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining, parking spaces. The property includes a barbecue area equipped with a wood-burning oven, a large and well-kept garden. At guests' disposal four sunbeds by the pool within the Sant'Anna complex. Linen included. Groups of boys and girls are not accepted. For stays longer than 7 nights, a change of linen + two hours of extra cleaning is included.
